• Media & Files: Images, videos, and documents (such as land titles or patent tax records) that you upload.
• Voice Data: Audio recordings if you use the voice messaging feature in the chat.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our features, including marketplace listings, social posts, and comments.

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To facilitate agricultural transactions in the marketplace.
• To provide localized weather and expert advice based on your land location.
• To maintain your digital land records and history.
• To enable communication between farmers, merchants, and experts.
• To improve the app via anonymous analytics provided by Google/Firebase.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Your privacy is paramount. We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted partners necessary for app functionality:

• Google/Firebase: For authentication, push notifications, and analytics.
• Google Maps: For rendering land maps and location-based services.
• Kasekar Experts: Authorized Ministry personnel may access shared reports or inquiries to provide technical assistance.

We implement robust security measures, including encrypted storage and secure transmission protocols (SSL), to protect your information from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time via the "Account Management" section in the app. Deleting your account will permanently remove all shared content and personal information.
